Our Mums Love Fit classes are varied and are a perfect way to get ease your way back into fitness!
Our classes are good fun and effective at targeting post-natal problem areas. The best bit is that they’re designed specifically for you and your little one. Classes include:
- Buggy Fun
- Baby & U Body Conditioning
- Mum & Me Pilates
A fun exercise class for mums & babies/toddlers with buggies. Following a good postnatal specific warm up we incorporate a cardio section with babies in buggies followed by safe and effective yet challenging body conditioning exercises to strengthen & stabalise the postnatal body before we cool down and catch up!
Your instructor is pre & post-natal qualified so able to give you options specific to your body & which ever stage post-natal you may be.
You may take part in this class once you have been the all clear by your doctor/midwife at your 6-week check… all the way up to pre-school age… The class takes place in a secure park so tots can run around & have fun while you work out!
BABY & U BODY CONDITIONING
A safe & effective post-natal specific class targeting those post-natal problem areas whilst also reconditioning your core x & the best part… Baby comes too!!!
MUM & ME FUNCTIONAL PILATES
Over 4 weeks we will guide you through 3 home exercise programmes designed to include your baby as part of your exercise routine. There is also optional assistance in lifestyle and nutrition management throughout the course.
